Need Help?
Have you ever been curious about online personal training?

Online training can be a good choice for people who can't afford or don't have access to a
personal trainer. The bonuses include having access to your trainer and the cost, which is
generally cheaper than hiring a local trainer (anywhere from $70 to $100+ an hour). RD Finders
and Personal Training has an online option for personal training.

How Do You Know if Online Training is for You?

Online training can be a great choice if you:
  • Are familiar with basic strength training exercises
  • Are self-motivated, but want added accountability to keep you on track
  • Want new workouts on a regular basis
  • Don't have access or can't afford traditional face-to-face training
  • Are willing to log your workouts and communicate with your trainer through email
  • Need guidance with your workouts without having someone there monitoring every move
    you make

If you are a true beginner, it is recommended you work with a trainer face-to-face.  This is
recommended to ensure proper form and technique.  You can always graduate to online personal
training.  Working with a trainer can be expensive, but prevention of joint issues or development
of muscle imbalances is less costly.  You can always hire a trainer to work with you face-to-face
for 3-12 sessions to ensure you are getting what you need from your workouts.  After you have
developed a base of knowledge, then transition to online training will be a better fit for you.

What online personal training offers:

Based on purchasing one, two or three month programs, you will interface with your trainer 1-3
times per week for assessing your progress, ensure you are clear about your workout regimen,
have the necessary motivation or discuss changes to your regimen.

It is a perfect situation for highly motivated individuals who just need help with designing routines
or need some online encouragement with their workouts.
