class just for you.  All ages and fitness
levels welcomed.

Built on principles of agility/plyometric,
core, strength and stability training from
football, basketball, tennis, soccer, and
distance running - this workout is
guaranteed to knock your socks off!

We are offering boot camp classes in
Dallas and Rowlett.  Check below for
times and locations.

Cost $150 per month - meetings
are three times per week - with weekly
meetings with your dietitian.  This is a
month-to-month enrollment.

What do I bring?

- Towel
- Water
- Please eat a small breakfast
- Ready to work attitude

Bad weather precautions

- We will only cancel class for
    poor visibility during rain
    and sleet.

Who is the class for?

All fitness levels.  Please let the
your instructors know your fitness
level or comfort level.

What do I wear?

Crosstrainer shoes
Clothing that allows you to move
freely.

Heat precautions

We live in Texas and that means
you can easily have a heat                    
exhaustion or stroke training                 
outdoors.

Please be aware of your limits.
Wear light colored clothing.
Do not consume beverages
with caffeine in them.
Bring water/Gatorade/Powerade
with you to the camp.
